35th ASEAN Joint Coordinating Committee on Nursing (35th AJCCN) meeting was held at Sheraton Manila Hotel in Manila, Philippine on 28 September 2022 in a hybrid format: physically in Metro Manila, the Philippines and through video conference. The AJCCN meeting was held  back-to-back with the 53rd HSSWG Meeting and the 102nd Meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Services (CCS), which were held on 27 and 29 September, 2022 respectively. Daw Nwe Nwe Khin, President of Myanmar Nurse and Midwife Council (MNMC) and two Central Executive Committee (CEC) members, Daw Khin Thein and Dr Kyawt Kyawt Swe attended the AJCCN meeting and HSSWG Meeting.

The AJCCN meeting discussed the strategic action plans:  mapping of nursing competency to NQF,  the latest compilation of guidelines for nursing curriculum, mechanism of mobility for ASEAN Nurse, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Nursing, networking between Nursing Regulatory Authority, education Institutions and other agencies, AJCCN Database, direct links to national websites,  sharing on COVID-19 experience, digital/electronic registration certificate and practising certificate, foreign equity on healthcare services related to nursing industry,  and digitalisation in nursing profession. Daw Nwe Nwe Khin, the president of MNMC presented and discussed the the work undertaken by MNMC in those specified period.
