Myanmar Nurse and Midwife Council (MNMC) held a one-day workshop on Dissemination of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Guideline and CPD Providers Recognition Process for Healthcare Institutions at tha Conference Hall of Myanmar Nurse and Midwife Council on 22 November, 2024.Daw Nwe Nwe Khin, President of MNMC provided the opening remark. CPD providers (nursing and midwifery staff from Public and private hospitals, Nursing and midwifery training Schools, Responsible persons from University of Nursing ( Yangon and Mandalay), and Central Executive Committee members of MNMC attended the opening ceremony of the workshop. President and Central Executive Committee (CEC) members of MNMC shared the following topics at a one-day dissemination event:

A total of 32 participants including responsible persons from Ministry of Health, senior principals (deputy directors, assistant directors), principals, and teaching staff from Nursing and Midwifery Training Schools and responsible persons from University of Nursing (Yangon and Mandalay) in Myanmar; matrons, nursing officers, sisters, staff nurses and trained nurses from Public Hospitals in Myanmar and nursing officers, and nurses and midwives from Public Health Departments and public health centers under Ministry of Health as well as nurses and midwives from private hospitals in Myanmar attended this workshop. Completion certificates of the Workshop were awarded to the participants. The closing remarks for the workshop was delivered by Daw Nwe Nwe Khin, President of MNMC.
